Task Flow allows users to add and remove tasks based on selected time preferences. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data while you use the app.

All data created by the user is stored locally on the device only. This includes:

  • Tasks and task details

  • Focus session history

  • Timer and productivity preferences

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Because all data is stored locally:

  • Your data is protected by your device’s built-in security mechanisms

  • You remain in full control of your information

  • Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data

  • We do not have access to your data, eliminating the risk of server-side data breaches

TaskFlow: Focus & Habits does not use any third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud storage

  • Analytics tools

  • Advertising SDKs

  • Authentication services

  • Payment systems

  • Social media integrations

The app functions entirely offline.

6. App Permissions

The app may request the following permission:

  • Vibration Permission: Used only to provide haptic feedback when a focus session ends. This permission is optional and does not affect core app functionality.

7. Children’s Privacy

Essa App is intended for users 13 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

9. User Rights

Since no personal data is collected:

  • All data remains on your device

  • You can modify or delete your data within the app

  • Uninstalling the app removes all stored data

    • Data is stored only while the app is installed

    • Uninstalling the app deletes all data permanently

    • No data is retained by us
